1. Why can't I open the PDF files on your website?

You may not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer or you may have an earlier version. Please click the button below to download the latest FREE version of Acrobat Reader.

2. Why can't I access the course or quiz after online payment?

To activate the course or quiz, you must click the "Click here to continue" link at the end of the online payment screen to fully complete the process. If you cannot access the quiz or course materials after online payment, please notify us through "Contact Us" or call us at 703-478-6833. Once we receive your notification, we will activate the quiz or course for you, and send you an email notification about the quiz or course activation.

3. Do I have to be online the entire time to take a course?

No, you may print the course materials and study them off-line, at your convenience.

4. Can I access online courses from any computer after the purchase?

Yes. To access your account, you need to login using the same user ID (your email address) and password you used previously.
